How To Learn To Play The Bass?
Bass guitar is an equally important instrument as any other as used in a band. Without the bass, the music is incomplete. There is a lot of demand in this field. If you have interest in it or want to learn to play the bass, then here are some tips for you to get the basic knowledge of the bass and have all your fundamentals clear because though it takes months of practice in becoming a pro in bass guitar, it always helps to learn faster if you get your basics right.
There are basic six lessons in order for you to learn the basics of bass guitar. These are learn basic techniques, learn playing notes, learn playing scales, learn playing patterns, understanding rhythm and most importantly, practicing. We will discuss the basic techniques here.
Before going ahead with that, we need to know what the parts of a bass guitar are. Bass guitar has strings, frets, amplification, headstock, nut, body, neck, pickups and tuning pegs. Frets divide the guitar from top to bottom.
The basic techniques include holding your bass, fretting and plucking. Always make sure your posture is right. Always use a strap and position it well. Your fretting hand should grip the neck of your bass gently. Plucking is the action of your fingers at the time when you pluck each string.

How I wanted to be a good bass player. But i have a difficulty in learning with it. I like music but sad to say that instruments don’t like me. I somehow feel envy with my brothers who can play different instruments well. I really appreciate for giving us some of the techniques.
